What’s Good Inc.
This Agreement (“Agreement”) is an agreement between you and What’s Good Inc., (“What’s Good Bone Broth”) that states the terms and conditions under which you may use the Site and receive orders fromWhat’s Good Inc., including processing and delivery of product orders. Your use of theWhat’s Good Inc. ordering service and the Site constitutes your agreement to the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not agree with all of the terms and conditions, please do not use the Site or theWhat’s Good Inc. ordering service.

Placing Orders: Orders may be placed online through our secure website. Please be sure to include your full name, business name (if applicable), phone number, email address, and street address, so that we can contact you with any questions and update you with the shipping for your order.
Process Time: What’s Good Inc. produces and delivers fresh batches of broth on a regular basis. We strive to process orders within seven business days of receipt of payment. Fulfillment and shipping times vary based on the size of the order, and the distance to the destination. Due to the temperature-sensitive nature of our products and given our current shipping methods, we ship orders on certain days of the week only, and to specified areas only.
Cancellation and Order Change Policy: All sales are final. Once an order has been shipped, no cancellations are possible. Similarly, if you wish to add to your order, What’s Good Inc. reserves the right to treat any additions as a second order incurring additional shipping charges, if any.
Refund Policy: While we do not accept returns for food products, we will issue credit for products that are damaged en route to their destination. To seek credit, please email or call us with the following information:
-Damaged product item description
-Condition of damaged product upon arrival
-Date and time package was received
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
Product Availability: We produce our broths weekly while maintaining the highest standards to assure you the highest quality products. If for some reason we are unable to ship all or part of any order, our liability will be limited to those amounts paid under this Agreement.
Delivery Methods & Costs: We deliver on orders greater than $35 not including taxes. We presently only deliver to Oakville, Burlington, Milton and Mississauga only. Free pickup at our Oakville location is also an option for our customers.
Flat Rate & Free Delivery: To improve your shopping experience What’s Good Inc. provides flat rate and free delivery options. Standard delivery is offered at a flat rate of $7.00 for all What’s Good Bone Broth orders totalling less than $70.00 (before taxes). On all orders of $70.00 or greater, free standard delivery is provided. We cannot guarantee the timeframe or arrival date.
Order Arrival: Our products are delivered frozen and should be removed from the delivery box immediately and placed in the refrigerator or the freezer.
Invalid Payments: What’s Good Inc. will not process orders that use an incorrect, expired, or over-the-limit credit card. We will try our best to contact you if this occurs. However, in the event that such an order is processed, What’s Good Inc. reserves the right to collect funds for any uncollected transactions owed to it. You shall be responsible and liable for any costs, including attorneys’ costs and collection costs, that What’s Good Inc. may incur in its efforts to collect any unpaid balances from you. Your right to use the What’s Good Inc. online ordering service is subject to limits established by What’s Good Inc. and/or by your credit card issuer.
OTHER TERMS and CONDITIONS
Product Information: We make every effort to provide you with accurate information that is complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by What’s Good Inc. is not as described, your sole remedy is to return the product in unused condition for a refund.
Electronic Communications: By providing your email to What’s Good Inc., you consent to receive communications from us electronically. What’s Good Inc. may send occasional emails about changes to its services, newsletters or special offers. If you would like to opt-out of receiving such emails please send us an email stating that you do not wish to receive promotional communications. If you do opt-out, you will continue to receive non-promotional communications regarding the status of your orders or your account.
License and Proprietary Rights Copyright and Ownership: All Site content, design, text, graphics, and interfaces; the collection, selection, and arrangement thereof; and all software are the property of, or duly licensed to, What’s Good Inc. Consent is granted to view, electronically copy, and print in hard copy portions of this Site for the sole purpose of placing an order with What’s Good Inc. for your use. Any other use of materials on this Site, including modification, distribution, or reproduction for purposes other than those noted above, without the prior written permission of What’s Good Inc. is strictly prohibited. You acknowledge that What’s Good Inc. remains the owners of such material and that you do not acquire any of those ownership rights by downloading copyrighted material. What’s Good Inc. reserves the right to revoke this authorization at any time, and any use shall be discontinued immediately on written notice from What’s Good Inc.
